The most unstable application you'll ever see. Every time I play it flashes and locks up, then I have to start the program all over again. Even trying to reset my password I run into problems. It's simply horrible. Cannot take the pain anymore I'm out. UPDATE: Note the canned response from Support. Instead of providing a timeline for a solution, of which they have none (see previous reviews), they push it back to the user. No commitment from them to fix, as they don't care. So pathetic.

Played on here for years and was flawless. However, starting this year for Android users if you text or do anything at all in background it crashes/takes 30 seconds+ to reconnect after switching back to app causing you to time out when playing. It's unusable now for me. Worse part is they know of this android glitch and havnt fixed it after 6 months...joke

I wish I could control the volume within the app. The only way to adjust the volume is to adjust my phone volume which obviously affects everything on my phone. It would be nice to be able to set the volume specifically for this app. I wish I could turn off the take your seat popup for a game someone is advertising. Yes I could click on the x to close it. That is super annoying. I wish the call any button was a allin button. I wish the more time button wasn't right next to the fold button.

Re re edited. The ease of using this App, the gameplay and the fact that you get a certain amount of money without playing at all is fantastic. There's no doubt this is the best poker app. out there .. but .. no matter what they say, the hands are NOT dealt fairly. Just know, this app eats up data and uses so much of your battery! Finally had enough of the attrocious bad beats. Especially on so many river cards. Uninstalled forever with no regrets! Still it has taught me so much!

This app has always had its stability issues but since the last update on the 17 September 2023 the app is worse. The glitches have cost me dearly on final table and some app features don't work anymore... sad.

The usability and graphics of the app are fantastic, if not the best of all platforms, great job on that. However it is the variance, one of the most critical parts of the game that is severely flawed. I understand that you claim to use a certified RNG but I can assure you this is flawed and needs fixing. For example, the amount of times a player is drawing to 2-4 outs and gets there is significantly more than ~+/-%5 of the time. Sorry guys, but it's a 1 star from me.
