This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing PathPix Alice on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

no lock button to keep screen from moving around. i wish the dev would put that in there @ top of screen. i spend more time trying to keep the screen from moving then doing the actual part when moving or unmoving a move

Great version of this type of puzzle, they're hard to find, especially with complex images. My only request would be an option to remove the blue background and have the colour fill the entire square, as that would give the player a better view of the final image.

I think I have every version of PathPix on Android and love them all. I have not completed them all, but love them so much that I want to support continued development of more packs. My hope is that this book theme continues with other classics. My one suggestion on the giant puzzles (my favorite!) is to have various degrees of difficulty based on path length. Sometimes I just don't have the mental energy to figure out the really long ones.

Simple rules - complex puzzles - hidden pictures!

Draw bright, bold lines of color, connecting pairs of colored numbers. The length of each path must match the numbers on the two endpoints. Draw backwards or double tap to correct mistakes. There's only one way to do it, and all squares will contain a piece of a path when the puzzle is solved. Stuck? Use the check button and remove incorrect paths. Finish solving to see the miniature picture that you have created.
