Knights Domain is a simplified chess game with a fun game matrix unavailable in any other strategy board game. No prior chess experience is required to enjoy this fun game.

The game uniquely offers three fixed, and different starting game formations, and then an additional dynamic cross playing matrix for competing of formations against each other. This results in unrivaled tactical and addictive fun unleashing the creative mind. Easy to learn and play.

To begin simply select the piece you wish to move and the board will illuminate showing the choices available, so that no previous chess experience is required. For the beginner this is a simple introduction to the great game of chess, and for the accomplished, the game affords an opportunity to bring your best knights game, making it the perfect chess companion not requiring traditional memorized moves.

Jousting is engaged in three battle formations, Knights Templar, Knights of Columbus and Knights of the Round Table. The game uses the knight and its tactical beauty to engage the mind. Each player has 1 king, 8 knights and 3 pawns with which to checkmate the opposing king and is played according to the rules of Chess. This simplification focuses the fun and provides a unique game matrix provided in no other board game

The kings are restricted in movement to their own vale area of the board and an opponent's piece within his vale may only be captured by a piece already located within the vale. Knights and pawns move as they traditionally do and a pawn that makes it to the other end of the board is knighted and becomes a knight.

Knights Domain is a game within a game allowing you to play your strong or weak formation against an opponent. Practice with the AI and invite a friend for a 20 minute joust of fun. The computer however will not be as challenging as the human mind and if it captures all of your pieces it expects you to do the chivalrous thing and resign, and will give you some space to do so.

Set in the city of Jerusalem and the Temple Mount, there are no bishops to pray for you, no queens to dominate the board for you, and no rooks as there are no castles in which to hide as in normal chess. Here knights can fork knights. The rules are simple vanquish or be vanquished.

Each King directs the battle from his own vale. Here the order of the Knights Domain exercise their domain on a mystical 72 square board to which they hold the keys. Joust!
