Love this game. I bought Sherlock Zen and have been playing it for weeks. Unfortunately, all of a sudden it won't open. Not sure what the problem is. It was working fine earlier today but not now. I don't see an option to refresh - only to uninstall, but if I uninstall it will I have to buy it again? I tried turning the tablet off and on, but that made no difference. I'd be grateful for any suggestions. One suggestion I would make is it would be good if there were more than one female face.

I love this game. I have been playing it on a Galaxy Tab S2 for months. Installed the Jan 1 update, and now it won't even start. Just a black screen. Hopefully a fix is coming soon. Update: the fix below worked like a champ!

PLEASE fix the Samsung issue soon! I have an ASUS and have tried the fix you wrote for Samsung people in the reviews. It works, but, I have to do it everyday. I have been playing Sherlock every night for over 10 years. I am lost. Waaah... Hopefully the new version will work for my black screen also.

Stopped working after last update... Fix this! Update: got a fast response from publisher and it's working again! This is my go to game for waiting so i am glad to have it again.

I just purchased Zen, but the install process did not put an inon on the screen. I tried to open it from the store again, but it just took me to the free version. Can someone tell me how to resolve this problem? Later. The problem was resolved. Thanks for the help. I am a huge fan of this game. I especially like that I could purchase it instead of leasing, as so many games want.
