Having a huge issue with the app. Whenever I load it up, as soon as I get past the "loading your puzzles" screen, the screen just goes blank. Nothing appears at all. I've removed and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, checked that both my phone and the app are updated properly and still the problem persists. Disappointed as I've really wanted to try this app since seeing it advertised on This Morning. Any advice?

Terrible lay out on my samsung s7. The keyboard is where the home and back button are so when i try to type some letters it presses the back buttons instead
