Some great gameplay, but with issues. Initially, the game starts off well with new scenarios and calls, but these soon become repetitive and you know what the caller is going to say. It's good to build up equipment and hire new people as you get more money, but perhaps the opportunity to train skills might be a nice addition. You can complete some missions with 100% success, but it frequently fires you. Some missions are too close together on the map making gameplay very fiddly.

Great App, however gets rather boring after a week of playing as calls and scenarios are the same thing. I've purchased all DLC's and the events are great. The game is fun after days of playing but then the calls repeat. The events are great but I feel like this game isn't worth it. It would also be much more fun if we had the option to choose events if we wanted too on free game mode. This game is fun and addictive, but it needs more calls and additional stuff. I would pay for another DLC.

The game is very good. After playing the demo version. I purchased this game. But i have encountered a lot of problems. Like i can't move the screen (map) of the game it has some problem. If i have failed a game then it won't let me to start the game again. The option comes want to start the game again. If i click yes nothing happens. To exit the game also if you click ok it doesn't exit. Please solve this issue.

It's a fast-paced EMS simulation game requiring tact & rapid critical thinking, but I feel that the context is very Amercianized no matter which city you play in. I'd like to see more diversity in the voice acting alongside more unique emergencies, but other than that it's a superb game with a promising potential. Highly reccomended!

It's looks like not worth it for buyed this game. Because that game have in app purchase for extensions and the price little bit expensive for me. In this game the vehicles very standard, just have a ambulance, fire truck, and police car. Not anymore. Although you've been buying for a first payment. I'm feeling a capitalism while playing this game. So I'm not recommend for who's doesn't want spending money just for game like this.

Absolutely phenomenal game 5 out of 4 for one reason.....no cheats panel I wish you could and this to mobile as well as pc and I really dont see why not cause then it would make it much for fun for someone like me who has almost all the dlcs and wants try try them out in real situations but cant afford it a a specific playthrough if that were to be added I imagine the playerbase for this game would broaden significantly
