Game crashes continuously. If you report anything they want an impossiple screenshot as proof. If you report something during an event they act clueless. Even if you discribe into great detail. We have been through that method of help. Just fix the game crashing. It crashes as things change. Like time for black wave it crashes, day restart game crashes, look for boss monsters change screen game crashes. Starts raining game crashes. Daily 20-25 times game crashes.

Game no longer crashes and my investments are proof positive that the game is better than ever!(as of August 30 2021) Although it has slowed down massively!!! The new quests keep you busy but to upgrade and advance your castle, after 33-34 Even as a paying player. I cannot keep up. If you could only make it easier for the golden hammers and a few other things such as blessing tribute I can't make good enough stuff to just toss in the pontus blessing just think equipment too much to ask!

I have been playing almost two years until now. As stated by others, the new hammer system to build is crazy stupid expensive. Everything to upgrade weapons in the game is a complete gamble. Trust me the odds are against you. Contacting them with issues is pointless. 24 hrs to respond and always has the generic response. Should just say, sorry please spend more money. Good game to kill time if you don't want to be competitive

Listen.. I love the game, but.. It is constantly crashing. About every 5 minutes the game will force close, regardless of what I am doing. The graphics are great, and the gameplay itself is wonderful, but PLEASE do something about the game stability..

Have tried to play the game but it won't even load. Constantly comes up with a can't connect to server message. Literally every time. Won't even go into the game. Update It appeared to be my VPN preventing it from working. Not sure why though.

Poor game from early stage. After loading the game, game gets freeze and then kick out. Again restart the game, same thing happening. Very disappointing! Please sort it out.
