About this app

The text-to-speech (TTS) engine is added to this NRQ app. This is a locale language speech synthesizer that is used in Quiz and Study modes. To hear foreign locales, the language code will need to be changed in the Android phone; go to Settings -> System Language and Input -> Language and select another supported language. This action will change the TTS speech accent to the locale that was selected in the app.

In Study mode, click on the image (ruleImageView) to allow the Android phone to read the image's applicable rule. Click on the ruleTextView (a verbiage of the NAV rule) to stop the TTS. Click on the ruleImageView again to replay the TTS for the NAV rule. Click on the radio-button to continue studying. A TTS ON/OFF radio button is also added to play or stop the speech.

More locale languages to follow in future updates.
