Wish I app would work it's saying gyroscope can't function on my phone. My son loves the truck it would be nice to use the app seems like a waste of money

Got this truck for my son for christmas went to go download the app for him on his brand new tablet and it says his device isnt compatible with this version what the hell does that mean

Its not letting me use virtual max and it says ghscope not supported add intructions for virtual max and make it easier
