The support function needs to actually have someone running it so you can report abusive players for example. Players that quit games where a long timer and a long match length are set need to have a set time to reconnect or they forfeit the entire game match. At the moment they only lose that round. Otherwise you are forced to sit there like a lemon, sometimes for up to 20 minutes to get the win awarded.
