I've been playing this game on and off for about 15 years now. It's a mmorpg that has you focusing on leveling up a wide variety of different skills. These range from different combat skills like strength, defense, magic, and archery to a bunch of other skills like cooking, woodcutting, divination, and archeology (there are a bunch more). The higher your level, the more things you can do involving any of these skills. It has an extensive world, with lots of lore, and quests for you to take on

Currently on Galaxy S10. Was excited for this game to be released and unfortunately, the game has frozen and blackscreened about 20 times just in the Camera and Move tutorial. I understand the game is going to have some issues at launch, but currently it is unplayable for me. Edit: 6/17/2021: I downloaded the app for the first time yesterday. Everything is current and up to date.

This is one of my all time favorite games, and am so pleased with the port. It works fantastic for me (more on that) and the only downside is now I'm playing on my phone too much. I can't say enough good things for the devs who built this. To the negative reviews: Yes, this is a game designed for a large screen (maybe a tablet) with a good processor. It's a very detailed/old game and you probably won't be playing this on a cheap Snapdragon 4 series, so manage your expectations and come prepared

I've been playing Runescape off and on since 2008 and being able to play on mobile is crazy to me. So far the game runs not too bad, I have noticed that sometimes you have to press around some buttons till it registers that you selected it. And it gets a little laggy when there's a lot happing on screen but overall I'm enjoying my time with it.

I was very glad that I pre-registered for this! My laptop is currently having issues running it (for some unknown reason!), so it was a godsend to find it had auto downloaded a few days ago! 😊 Seems good so far, only complaint is it can lag a bit, but compared to my laptop blue-screening 5-10 mins after gaining control of my character, it's a small comlaint!

As a long-time Runescape player, I was somewhat hesitant to appreciate the idea of the game coming to mobile. However, when I joined the open beta I was pleasantly surprised that I could enjoy doing a lot of the tasks I would plan for the day without having to go on my PC. I find it a wonderful addition to be able to skill and kill low to mid level bosses/enemies. I do feel that high level bossing is better suited to PC, given the mechanic-heavy nature and having access to many more action bars/keybinds. But people are proving me wrong and some are excelling at high level bosses on mobile, so to each their own. RuneScape has a whole has evolved a lot over the years. Particularly with graphics and updates like the Evolution of Combat. If you're hesitant to play, or restart playing, because EoC was messy on release, I would advise giving it another shot. It's been ironed-out a lot more since the initial release and is a much more fluid system than it was in its earlier stages. I'd also say that RuneScape is one of the most worthwhile MMOs on the market purely for its aesthetic when it comes to quests. Bar-none, this game has the best quest system of its kind. Lore-rich adventures and interesting, varied, storylines help mould the game world and really bring Gielinor (the name of the world where the game takes place) to life. If you like story-driven quests mixed with a bit of humor, some puzzles and combat, and a heaping dose of in-universe history and narrative that takes you on epic adventures then you'll really enjoy what the quests in this game have to offer.
