For all those people saying it's the wrong rules; they're just not; this is how it's played and the power cards are correct, 2 let's next player play anything (resets), 7 when played on lower than value card forces lower than its value or equal, 8 is transparent, 10 burns deck, joker reverses play. Programming very good and fast.
