Took me a minute to figure out the interface, but after I found out you could press and hold on the buttons for a description of what they do, I had a lot of fun! Super basic RTS with a fun premise. I'm happy to watch ads, instead of "Buy this premium $99.99 supporter's package to unlock all the features" popups bombarding me. There are a few bugs I have run into, (no pun intended), and the graphics leave something to be desired, but for a one-man development project, this is excellent!

I gotta say I didn't expect much from the game. But this game was actually really fun, simple, and strategic(like the title says of course). Also I didn't get a single ad at all. To any frequent mobile gamers yall know how rare it is to find games like that. I ended up going from five minutes of gaming to 2 hours. My only complaint is a minor glitch in placing nests. I didn't click Checkmark or letter X. Then when I clicked a second nest the first nest stayed. Like took up space but didnt exist

You can tell this game is unfinished. But great for what it is. I enjoyed all 5 levels. It starts slow with the collection of food. It takes several minutes for the player to start game play, so it gets boring. But once you win a few games you can update speed and starting food, which made the game so much better. My suggestions to continue creating the game are as follows: 1) change the colors or look of the different ant types. Once they were together I couldn't tell a healer from a soldier. 2) I couldn't figure out what a thrower did. I thought it would be a ranged attack, but it seemed to do nothing. It didn't attack the fire ants at all. 3) Add the feature to dig more holes. Most of the board isn't used. 4) Be able to place more than one flag. Even if they split evenly the player could have more control of attacks. 5) The AI should react to your ants actions. Once I figured out I could kill all the fireant workers and the soldiers wouldnt attack back, the game was too easy. I also can easily sneak the meat without being attacked. The AI should be aware so it can send defenses. 6) I like the suggestion about being able to call the workers back to the nest to avoid being killed when attacked. Maybe it could add a fraction of defense or offense to the hive. When I was attacked, they would die and I couldnt build anything so it was just sitting and watching game over.

Mostly smooth, I've found that how you play can make the game easier if you quickly harvest resources then build and position your ants to guard key areas, the enemy won't attack then as much. I found there are problems with workers getting stuck when they have fully harvested food sources and been left with one or two units of food left on them. Reminds me of command and conquer so I'd love to see something like that from this creator in the future if there isn't. A little too easy, as well.

Some things suprised me like how you implemented multiselect i like it. Also how you can make bonus in game resources for watching ads, ingenious.

This game has loads of potential. I don't usually comment but I wanted more from this game. I dislike my ants don't go where I tell them. Neither workers nor warriors. Couple quick suggestions 1 -more buildings (nest, store room, hatchery etc...) 2- varied resource gathering. Like maybe random loot on field ( piece of candy that gives 2x food a gather etc....) 3) better controls for ants ( the kill mode the warriors go on that sometimes leads to them being wiped out.) 4) a button down the hatch option where your ants can hide with the queen if ur base is under attack. 5) better class variation. I never needed anything above warrior. The costs were prohibitive to even try a healer. Always start with 10 food. That being said this game has lots of great potential. I.hope to see it worked on and look forward to making a purchase of it.
