Dear Dev. Got alot issues there. Firstly:I can't get my account back.
Secondly: Everytime I want to play a message appears telling me that the

Of 38 servers, only mine (server 23) happened to be down. It's been close to 2 weeks and they still haven't fixed it. Unbelievable. SS elves are nearly impossible to get for f2p players unless you save up a really, really long time. Limited selections of heroes and even more limited useful ones. Game can still be fun to play but because of server issued, I uninstalled.

This game has a lot of potential.. Gives you lots of gems at start but you'll be needing more later as everything is upgradable which will keep costing you.. Takes time to save gems also.. There is NO SUPPORT from within the game admins, contact, etc.. If you have an issue, it's a nightmare to reach their support & someone to reply you.. Instead of opening new servers every week or so, invest in game admins to care for your players.. You only end up merging servers in the end.. Also don't just end up timed events, had a few events wiped out even though expiry wasn't reached it, it's frustrating.. The game is exciting otherwise.. Only feeling you might get in the long run is game devs want more $ from you without providing the service..
