Works well, people who are saying app doesn't work need to read instructions. You HOLD ear for three seconds to put Lucy to app mode. The app then sends a code so Lucy needs to be able to hear it, no background noise etc. Otherwise voice mode also works well, speak clearly and Lucy will follow your commands. Photo selfie and rewards on app are pointless, don't work

This 🐶 lucy is amazing is so cute 😍 I thought at first I spend my money for nothing because I didn't read the instructions and I was so 😡 😅 I realize it was on TRY ME mode then when I have read the instructions its explains how to make it work you just need to replace the batteries same way it is on the instructions paper I have read it word by word then I understood it 😅😅😅 now it works 🥳🥳🥳🥳 my sis so happy she even thought it was real 😂😂😂😂 I LOVE LUCY 😘😘🥰🥰😍😍❤❤

The actual dog works fine but the app is awful. Most of the features don't work. No matter how many times you press the ear it NEVER goes into 'app mode'. The app itself is hard to navigate and with no instructions your left to try and figure out how the 'rewards' actually work. This app needs serious updating. It's barely useable the way it is now

Just bought this and the app is basically useless, I've got the switch set to on not try me but still nothing! The only thing I can get her to do is the 2 actions she dose when you push her ear. This is extremely disappointing especially when it's a Christmas gift, I see most people are complaining about the same thing so you would think it would be resolved by now. Looks like Lucy will be getting returned.

Hi there I have a Lucy dog but the app will not connect with my dog. The first time I tried it didn't work, Second time IT STILL DIDN'T WORK PLEASE FIX IT 😰😥😩😫😣 and to make things worse there are HARDLY ANY INSTRUCTIONS FOR ME TO FOLLOW!!!!!! 😭😭😭😩😩😩😣😣😣😢😢😢😥😥😥😫😫😫😰😔😕 I will UNINSTALL!

The app doesn't work and the dog wouldn't react to voice commands. Huge disappointment!!!
