Can't progress w/o Paying. You reach certain benchmarks where the only way to upgrade and progress in the game is by paying real money you can't earn in game. Can have everything in the whole casino maxed out quickly and then just get stuck without the ability to play more even if you wanted to and had time. Bad design plain and simple.

Unplayable in the long term. Casino is divided up into parts like blackjack, slots, reception. To upgrade each to the next level you need to buy all upgrades including traditionally optional one that uses gems. They don't give enough gems that you can freely upgrade so it pressured you to buy and spend money. The game isn't good enough for people to do that. In the long run it's a terrible pay to win because the balancing is broken. Either gem upgrades are optional or give more gems.

I dunno why the reviews on this app aren't shown, maybe then I would've known what I was getting into first. Literally all your apps keep stopping midway through the game and it's frustrating how i have to restart like three times just to get one task done! Fix your damn bug else get this sorry excuse for a game out of our faces. The game would've have been enjoyable if the bugs and fixes weren't all in our faces

Can play with ads free, too bad it will force you to buy gem after certain upgrade. You have no where to farm gem except daily login. For that moment.

There a bug that cause you unable to complete daily mission, the set up or upgrade, i upgrade 2 places but it doesn't work. Seem that only if you set up a new ground then it will. Pity, deleting the game as it no longer worth the effort

gets pretty difficult and eventually forces you to pay to play or ad your life away, kind of boring when you look at the grand scheme of things and everything just starts costing premium credits to even play the game.
