I tried to buy the 建設禮包1, it did not pop out the google buy thingy and it just say i brought it and give me the items too. I go and check to see if any money is deducted and checked that the money is not deducted. I when back into the game and saw 建設禮包1 able to purchase again. Pls solve this issue and don ban me for your system error. Thank you.

The app does not start at all, it is stuck at the loading screen forever, I've left my phone on and went to do other stuff and when I came back 15 minutes later it is still at the loading screen.
