Useless. Scalextric given to my son for Christmas by my father in law. Being 5yrs old, he doesn't have his own mobile, but I downloaded the app for his kindle fire (os 7.3.1.7), only to be greeted with a message about location services needing to be enabled. I went in & enabled them...& it still won't let us past that screen. The spark plug dingle itself has stopped flashing which makes me think that it has paired with the device, but the bug with location services means we cannot use it.

Cheap and fun wireless solution for standard scalextric if you have the newer power connector track and obviously a mobile device. Gives a few gimmicky sound effects and some other nice settings like max speed limiter. Also adds a brake option. In challenge with 2 sparkplugs you can get limited boost or slow opponent. The slider speed control takes time to get used to. Fun fun fun 😄

I have followed all instructions enabled my bluetooth and location setting but an still unable to connect to the dongles.

Very poor app, for it to work properly you have to enable location services but there's no prompt on installation to give permission. There's no proper set up guide so you have to filter through and interpret the FAQs to try and decipher why it doesn't work, online help is non existant.
