Your customer service takes time to reply so i resorted to google to refund my money and now you suddenly locked my account without an explanation. How can i give it 5 stars and recommend it to my friends. I play and pay to support and enjoy this game and now this is how you give back to your players? How can this be resolve? I want my account back!!!

The game itself is great though I have some comments / suggesfiins: First, there may be lots of characters to acquire however, using your new player disregards all your previous efforts. Youll start with level 1 and work again on improving it. The worse part is that the rewards on the career were already consumed by your previous character. Another thing is the stats for the purchased characters. Its almost the same as with the free ones. Shouldnt there be any advantage in acquiring characters by spending for the game?

Im using Pf when i try to fake and shoot under the ring the text appears and in the way of the ball so i cant see ball when i rebound, remove text please. I suggest make the ball blinking blue instead of stupid text.. Or maybe make the text transparent so i can see ball

It is a very fun and addictive game! There is no complain from here except for one thing. I worked so hard to get my desired player yet I have to work from the ground to train him. I was so happy after all those hard work of getting a new player but the current system of player training ball thingy kills my motivation to play the game. If only there is a way to reset or make an entirely new approach of how we could train our newly purchased player then this game deserved a 5 stars, once that is implemented then I will spend my money on this game to further support the development.

The game is ok. The problems are: 1. In the ladder match, you have opponents who have higher skills and levels. Match up should be in same level to be fair. 2. You should have chat options to tell your team mates what to do. 3. There should be an option to penalize players who went offline or afk specially in ladder match. Because of these problems it makes the game annoying.

Please allow us to reset characters training ball everytime we want to. Just bought diamonds to replace my sf character because she sucks. Too bad u dont allow us to reset our training balls twice with diamonds
