This game scam us.. i have 20 over thousand of diamond.. they create a lucky draw 1 day as a event... the calculation is wrong.. is actually their fault in the beginning. they say they had a bug and need to take back all the diamond and this bug and the mis calculation is done by the developer.. not as if we have implant the bug.. sjnce the mistake is with developer.. they should withdraw the lucky draw.. minus the diamond 50 percent or all..or even should not minus.. but the developer minus my account till negetive.. the game is worthless already.. please do not try the game.. thanks. waste of time.. developer and game master is sore loser... thanks..

The GM use bad reason, bug, actually its not bug, not abused bug, player only play the lucky draw, but because of the GM own fault, why not roll back the game, all player will accept it, now all player get forced to pay more than 10k USD for GM own fault. Its not game anymore, its robber game, make a lie that keep say its abuse bug, the fact is GM event problem was robber event

Pls asses my problem, i top up a $4.99 for 300Diamonds, and it was purchase failed but i was deducted x.x i can provide Screenshots pls help me with this, i was supposed to get the event freebies ;-; (I See i already send an Email, it would great if u guys checked it.) tho how nice of u to reply asap not like others took a month to reply. and it was a bot msg)
