Turn based strategy reminds me of Disciples and Discord Times(old fav PC games), but significantly simplified, as this is a mobile game. Start with 1 random character as a companion with what seems to be is 1 good stat, 1 bad and are forced to hire 1 militia(unfortunately). As you progress, your get companions with better stats. Atrack enemies, build up your base, hire units. There are random events where you make choices. I want to say more, but I ran out of characters 😔

It is ok but it's pay to play. You have an energy bar so you are only able to attack a few times. The game does appear to be an ad machine. It also doesn't function very well. There is some kinda lag and a screen keeps popping up that says please wait. The game almost feels legit but then another screen keeps popping up to sell you a pass for 5 bucks a week to remove the energy bar restriction.

Ive played for a week or 2. This game is just an add machine. Your main way of earning coins is watching ads - you get many more this way vs. actually playing. You conquer territories and level them up (the effect of which is not explained) and almost daily, you lose territories with no ability to prevent it. This loss appears to be random, so no matter the level, it randomly disappears. The feel of this whole thing is "if you watch enough ads, you get to progress". Not worth the install.

Get rid of the leveling up system, or at least make it the least prominent feature in the game and actually inject a solid gameplay based on strategy and tactics. Only then you will have a true gem here. I attacked the first province and it was more like an execution rather than a battle, and it portrayed an idea of what the rest of the game would be like so I was done with it. Graphics are great, sounds is great, animation could use a more creative touch (personality) but it is competent.

The game is very fun. Initially I was extremely impressed. However, there's no explanation for what the symbols mean so it's very difficult to use tactics. I believe this can be remedied with enough time playing but it is very confusing for new players. I attack an enemy and my people Miss 38 times in a row and eventually I lose the battle. I need to be able to know what my hit percentage is and the other symbols as well.

Decent turn based RPG with overworld map. Not my preference for an RPG. I didn't play for more than a few hours. I would be willing to push through it if there were more Google Play achievements along the way. There are only 5 achievements and they require weeks to get just one. I would also watch lots of ads if the rewards meant exponential progression. Growth/leveling/resource gathering is slow going. Combat graphics are 3D, but the rest of the game is 2D menus which are much lower gfx.
