Previous reviewers seem to not understand how this works. 6 phones are NOT needed, you just pass the mask around. Works just fine, similar interface to the Japanese version of the game.

We can't get it to work. All we see are slits which I assume are eyes. Or something. My children are very disappointed as we got it with Hasbro's game subscription. I just found out it can only be used with six phones!!!!!! So basically the subscription is to get rid of games people don't buy?!?!?

The app does not work at all. Worked once while I was deciding to buy the game. Upset that I dropped $50 on the board game and now the app doesn't work at all

About this app

Your uncle, the great Professor B. Gammon, has discovered an unexcavated pyramid in the Egyptian desert. He believes that inside the pyramid is a complicated maze that leads to a Pharaoh’s chamber full of treasure. You, your uncle, and your trusty dog Ludo are on an adventure to get inside the pyramid and find the Pharaoh’s chamber. However, the only entrance to the pyramid is so small that only Ludo can fit. In this cooperative virtual-reality enhanced board game, you will work together with your fellow players to build, and then navigate, Ludo through a maze-like path inside the pyramid to the Pharaoh’s chamber find the treasure. Using the Mask of the Pharaoh app while wearing the VR mask that is included in the board game, you must quickly describe what you see while the other players use game tiles to complete the path to the riches, and win!

NOTE: The Mask of the Pharaoh app specifically designed for use with Hasbro’s Mask of the Pharaoh board game and headset (sold separately). The Mask of the Pharaoh board game is 10+.
