Difficulties don't really mean anything. Easy requires almost every strategy that Normal and Hard need. There's basically hard mode and insane mode only. Would have gave it 3 or 4 but they are condescending in response to other low reviews so let's see how they respond to mine.

Simple, clean, pure, beautiful, reliable. A very pleasant way to relax with sudoku. DEVS: thanks for your reply here. I've expanded on my UI thoughts in an email to you. I hope it's useful. --- Rapid input and pencil modes could use more of a visual indicator, checking icons hidden by my thumb pulls me out of the logic of the puzzle. Undo is the savior for a mistake, but redo would really be helpful too. It's the one thing I'd like to see most ... to undo an undo (or two) too far.

I downloaded this because other apps had too many ads. It's refreshing to see a game with zero ads. The game is well designed and has some features you wouldn't get with pen and paper. Pros: No ads, easy to use Cons: None To improve: Allow users to see how many you have completed

I like the adlessness and the dark screen, but for some reason the app prevents the screen from timing out until the battery runs out.

From design to functionality, this particulae version of Sudoku beats other paid and ad-hungry versions to a pulp. There should be more devs like the one who developed this instead of those who make mediocre apps but are cash grabs that force you to pay huge amounts of money just to be able to play the game as it should be. Kudos to you!

It's challenging; it's sudoku; it's ad-free! And personally I like that you can CHoose whether to highlight incorrect number selections immediately, or to not highlight them immediately, and find out at the end that you've made a mistake somewhere.
