the game is fun and has many daily activities to achieve. however, for the Escort Convoy, when i refresh it, it deducts my Diamonds but doed not go on to the next level. happened many times and wasted a few hundreds diamonds

did a top up for the 1st time reward but did not get it. email them and they reply asking for more inform. send them the detail and they no longer reply. waited for weeks.. send many email yet nothing.
