The app is old and does not appear to work with current phone models. I have a Pixel 3a and upon loading the app I was told that the app was built for an older model phone and may not work properly. In fact it doesn't work at all as it immediately closes upon trying to open. Kind of a deuce bag move to sell a product that needs an app and to not keep that app current while the item is still on the market.
