I've been playing this game for a LONG time - I love the graphics, game selection, issuance of new coins, etc. But lately I keep getting kicked out and returned to my phone's home screen. It doesn't seem to matter what game I'm on, it happens constantly. I have plenty of room on my phone and have reinstalled multiple times. I clear the cache all the time. This is super frustrating bc I like the game!

Game was good, was playing regularly and saving up hearts for in casino free play, then the free play option just disappeared. Very disappointing. It still shows on my Hard Rock App, but I don't go there often. I have reached out to support but have gotten no resolution. I'm not spending any more money in this app until they fix it!

The app is okay. It can use work with it's glitches in some of the games not allowing you to play or the reels just continuing to spin without stopping. The daily bonus for me have not been able to get collected so it has broken my daily streak 2x. However I have a game I enjoy playing. It's not worth the hassle of all the kinks not being worked out yet. This is why I'd not recommend in game purchases on this.

The games are fun. The server keeps going down when playing. Other than that glitch it is fun.

Glitches and The app and games so rigged at every corner . The chips are expensive and it's a social app with no way to socialize. I wish I hadn't dumped hundreds of dollars into such a poorly put together scam of a game.
