I think the idea is funny, however it isn't much of a game. You should include splat graphics when you hit a fly like a blood splatter. Also you should have the flies carry away a chunk of poo and when it gets smashed the poo falls back. If you fail to stop the flies from carrying away the poo then it gets smaller and smaller until game over. Then have levels with diffent flies some bigger and slower but carry away more poo. And some smaller like gnats that only carry away a little but faster.
