I can't get the app/game to even open up let alone play the game!! I've uninstalled it & reinstalled it & still nothing!!

Collect points:
1- Move the claw with the help of joystick, press grab button and catch toys.
2- Activate the magnate and catch a lot of toys in each attempt.
3- Spin the wheel and win the JACKPOT.
