Was looking for the countdown version forever. It's the best version and most fun.

The game is fun, but it has a bug where the AI players' cards sometimes change suit after being played. So if I play an 8 and call hearts, for example, the AI player can play a 2 of hearts, but then it switches to diamond, changing the suit again before I can play. Very frustrating and hard to beat a cheating computer.

Card games as a whole are addictive and super fun, but this one keeps me playing all the time. Please make more of these super fun card games! I love this game! I also really love the countdown setting of the game. Let's the game continue on longer and gives the player an added challenge. I also love the fact that you are not forced to play online with other players.

How to Play:
Crazy eights is a turn-based card game where the winner is the first player to get rid of all their cards. On each turn, a player can place up to 4 cards of the same number. the first card in the set to be played must match the number or suit of the most recently played card, or be a wildcard (8s unless playing countdown). Whenever an 8 (wildcard) is placed, the player gets the opportunity to change the suit to benefit themselves.

Countdown is a version of Crazy Eights in which there are eight rounds, and each round begins by drawing one less card than the round before. Beginning with round 8, you start the round with 8 cards, and 8 is your wildcard. Once you have played all your cards, you move on to round 7, drawing 7 cards with 7 as your wildcard. This continues until any player completes all eight rounds and wins the game.
