The app itself and the mission is good, but the customer service is non existent. If there's a tech glitch, they state there's "no way to know if it was on their end or the user, so they can't award the lost queue points". This isn't ok. Yes, its a crowdfunding app, but you still need to provide customer service, especially when the app is known to have glitches.

Wasted over four years of my life playing every day and watching their ever-longer and longer ads to get points. Just to see my ranking get farther and farther back once I got within the top 1000. Also, their "surveys" are clearly rigged to get specific results, as they sort you out once you start providing responses contrary to what they have predetermined as acceptable, and you don't get the points despite dedicating yet another ten minutes or more of your life to this mess. What a waste.

Awesome app with a great community. I haven't personally won anything, but being a part of the Force For Good as the players are called is so much fun and is so encouraging. This crowdfunding platform pays off loans for those struggling with student or mortgage debt. You can compete in different queues to have your loan paid off, and you don't have to spend money to do it. You can also win money by winning the trivia tournament each week. The FB community for the app is great too.

This app is so much more than just a great way to play free trivia! Yes, you can spend money to play more games, etc... but only if you want to. The main reason why I started playing was because it allowed me a free way to help others. The Givling community is also filled with wonderful people who love to help each other and help make the Givling experience enjoyable and fun among other things. Plus the people who run Givling always listen to feedback and try to make the app the best it can be!

This use to be a simple game but with the addition of so many new things it has gotten to be hard for new users to understand. The surveys really make the playing field skewed to those whose playing devices actually get to take the surveys. You can be number 3 in the queue and be given no surveys for one day which can totally knock you out of the running for the 10k because the multiplier can be as high as 150 on the surveys! Think carefully before you download. Second day of app freezing up.

I have been playing Givling for almost two years now. I love seeing all the good things that have been accomplished in that time. I have seen over 4 million dollars paid out to help with student loans and mortgage. With so many opportunities to win money towards your loans it is certainly a quicker way of paying them off instead of struggling for 10 plus years. Don't have a loan or mortgage? Play for the weekly trivia prize, or play to pay off the loan of someone you know.
