A brilliant concept, sadly the controls let it down. It can be incredibly frustrating trying to move the right node (or any node!). Anyway couple of suggestions for improvements: homomorphisms, so that nodes can collapse together, and coloured nodes, so that nodes of the same colour in the original graph must map to nodes of the same colour (as each other, not necessarily as they were ).
