reducing more stars as the game now is not openeing/starting just gets stuck on connecting to facebook, even using Wi-Fi and or 4g data connection i will restore the stars once issue taken care of. I had also mailed u pple the same on support with some issue but there is no reply and help till date.

Reduces stars from 5 to 1.. It's not opens.. It's stops on screen on conecting to facebook. but it can't be connect to facebook.. game doesn't start. it holds the opening screen..
