Could not play was on level 5 when I went back to play it started me from the beginning. .try to play again did the same thing...if it happens again I will uninstall it.

This game is actually great but it is constantly freezing on me. I've been stuck on level 60 for a week now and I can't figure out why! I've sent messages to you guys but gotten no response. I also can't figure out why you even put the challenges on there when you get no rewards for winning them and you can't even check to see if you've gotten close to completing it or not. Please fix the game so I can keep playing! Thank you
