An excellent and very addictive game. For the first 550 hours of gameplay everything went well, however, after the last event (Japan event) I am VERY disappointed! I had to spend 1200 gems (which took me a while to save up) and I did not even reach the 400 gems mark in the event! It's the first time something like this has happend. Don't know it they changed something after the last update but I will be cancelling my monthly subscription and will be uninstalling the game!

I instantly became a fan of this game n even subscribed to the monthly package.... but since my purchase, I have not been able to enter the game more than twice! While loading, it gets stuck on "joining hammer gang" and thats it! It was better before I made the purchase! At least I was able to play the game before!!! Definitely regretting it now 😕

Used to be an OK game, the latest update makes it entirely pay to win. 30US$/month to stay competitive. I've been playing for over 6 months but with the latest changes/charges I wouldn't recommend to any new player. I've spent over US$1300 on this game, it's infectious, don't start unless you want to pay US$200/month to be competitive.

I play alot of mobile games and this is my first ever review. This game has been one of my more favourable games. The developers are consistently updating and adding. I've been playing for almost a year and last couple months it's constantly improving. Usually I find games get boring after a while or get monotonous but this game has lots to do! Mini Games and side objectives. Plus you can have fun without paying any money, but I have the $6.99 subscription it's totally worth it!

Good but you eventually hit the pay wall. After about level 25 you will reach a point where you can upgrade your capos only so far without buying (with money) cards you need. The rest of the game is still fun. Leveling just gets a lot slower. On my "Unfinished Business" neighborhoods I'm stuck on one that I can't progress past the first shop because my capo isn't making enough money to buy the second shop before the daily timer resets.

EDIT* this game was once amazing with some ads. In its current state I would say it is almost unplayable and moving toward pay to win. Without the monthly 4.99 mafia pass I wouldnt even consider playing this game. If your just starting out keep it moving unless your ready to pay or spend ALOT of time watching ads. It's truly sad how games change into total money grabs as they mature. My initial 5 star rating is now 1 star due to to many ads and forcing people to pay to play.
