Not at all what it says. More of a race against the clock to tap tap tap random things in a certain order. Nice facts about the building process of the 1800's, not a bad game, but not a "city builder".

Tried on two seperate occasions to play this game. Both times I downloaded it, it went straight to a black error screen as soon as I tried to play. Am giving up, which is a pity as I do enjoy the Monument Builder series.

I thought I would be actually building the empire state building, not! I think that would be cool, built it from the ground up and build other monuments like the Eiffel tower or the pyramids....would be awesome building games
