This game was going brilliant until I got a new phone downloaded app linked it to my account that I already had now it doesn't give me the option to play for money anymore and it has lost my balance that I already gained please rectify this for me thanks dawn....already tried to do that and still not working tried everything to no avail thank you .dawn

I love this game it it's always my first choice to play. However, yesterday I went to play and it kept telling me that I had no tickets or blue star boosters left. I had almost 1000 in blue boosters and 41.5K in tickets. All disappeared. I tried to find the issue and no luck. Now I'm back to being a "guest" with no bank. I played for about 2 months to accumulate what I lost. I can't send a screen shot, of what? There's nothing there. It has my highest game still showing of 41,585 but that's all.

Overall, it is a fun game. You get BINGO, Yahtzee, 21 and Solitaire all in one app. I have not yet been able to play 21, because everytime I start a game, the app freezes and I have to shut it down completely. I have attempted to play 6 different games, so that's 6 games worth of credits I have lost, but, it is what it is. The most annoying thing of all is the CONSTANT pop up in the middle of a game asking if I want to continue or submit my score. It is very frustrating!

I just purchased the tickets worth 6.99$ but I still don't have the tickets. It sucks. I had sent multiple times of messages to their contact email but they don't say anything. I will update my review after they fix it.
