Every time this game is stucking. Whem I was starting the level the level is freezing soo many times and we are losing the lives also. So please fix the game perfectly and give me the update please

Every time I go to play the first ball freezes in mid air and I lose my turn. THIS KEEPS HAPPENING ALL THE TIME! I have uninstalled many many times but it doesn't help. PLEASE FIX!!

Update, thank you for fixing this great game. While it lasted. Now the game is freezing up again. The first ball is freezing now when you tap to send it. 🤷♀️🤦♀️update as of today it's still freezing up. Level 94 only. 7/26/2020 it's still freezing up.

Had this for less than 5mins, then uninstalled. Ads, ads, ads!! and you cant even get out of them, you are forced to sit thru the whole thing every time. Only had a very short little go at playing, and that wasnt all that either. There's dozens of bubble shooters much better than this, ones where you actually get to play the game too instead of sitting thru ad after long, boring ad!!

I'm ok with apps that require money but don't advertise as a free one with purchases when from some level and forward you make it impossible to pass it without buying some extras (or wait until a following day to retry)

I have been playing this for a long time and loving it. Now I can't get into it. All I get now is a black screen. I've been through all settings trying to fix it. It's been like this for about 2 weeks. I've also uninstalled and re installed at least 3 times with no luck. Help. After reading reviews, it looks like others are having the same problem
