Im at Level 12 and the PayPal rewards ive earned is $85.96. Why is it not going up any more? Its says the withdrawn balance is $100 and it doesn't even get there.

I'm only giving a 1 ⭐ for now until I see if I could cash out or not, the reason is because on this 1 other game I play I'm short 10 cents from cashing out and the game isn't giving me no more cash not even the 10 cents that I still need. IF the game allows me to cash out at $100.00 or over 🤔 then I would be more than happy to come back and rate it a 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ . Also I feel that when the game stops giving cash the players should automatically get the cash payout to be put onto our PayPal!!!
