Cards do not move all the time when tapped but it counts as a move every time you tap. Lacks the ability to start the same game over. When I click a card to move it and it shakes and then have to tap it again and it goes, that should not count as 2 moves. Getting a game over instead of the ability to back track is very frustrating. It gets 2 starts. 1 for being a game... and a 2nd for actually being solitaire.
