I think my title says it all. Edit: I just literally went back and forth in the game, 30+ times, with each of us getting and 8 and turning it to our suit of choice. Spade to club to spade to club. It was ridiculous. Over and over until I changed my suit to heart and then I ended up getting only 5 points for the round when if that nonsense hadn't happened, I would have gotten a lot more.

Challenge yourselves and enjoy an alternative hand-drawn style of Crazy Eights!

Crazy Eights is a shedding-type card game. The first player that successfully discards all of his or her cards wins the round. The first player to reach 300 points wins the game.

A regular 52-card deck is used and players take turns. Players can successfully discard cards by matching the rank or suit of the last discarded card. If the player has no playable cards, then he or she must draw cards from the middle pile until a playable card is drawn. 8's are considered wild cards and can be played on top of any card. The player that discards an 8 can set the acceptable suit for the next turn.
