Great game but the dev's are inept and terrible. They constantly make the DUMBEST mistakes and shouldn't be doing anything other than trying to graduate from kindergarten.

I have major problems when i make a purchase of any amount but i mostly
make a purchase of $100 for gems when i do. The problem is i don't receive
my gems for several days or week later. I constantly email developers
multiple times per day for help and to get my gems and accumulation but
they simply do not respond back to my mails at all. I have to call Google
and get Google to handle the problem. I've played naval age for over 4
years and have spent thousands of dollars on the game and get treated like
this. When i purchase the gems i need them right then so the developers
make me miss out on a lot that i need to build my account power. They have
begun to cause so many problems and issues for me. It's like not only am I
fighting against the other players in the game but I'm fighting against the
makers of the game itself because they cause me to miss out on so much that
i need to build power on my account. I wouldn't get involved in this game
as a new player and definitely don't invest any money into the game.

Support steam rolls you when they cannot fix their glitches. Just a
standard reply basically telling you they are not willing to fix their
mistakes. They lack integrity.

after newest update it told me that I need to install the update. It just
says pending and won't install whatsoever.
