Don't download, the game locks up and will not allow access for play and gives you absolutely no way to resolve the lock. Customer service is an utter failure. I am severely disappointed in their obvious lack of concern for their customers. They do not respond when you have an issue if you can squeek past the lock to notify them. If it wasn't for this the game would be great.

Still waiting..... guess this game is becoming my least favorite.. dont waste your time....Still waiting..........Really enjoyed the game until I started getting the "pardon the delay" message which takes days to update in order to play again. Then only a couple levels at a time and then "pardon the delay" and another couple of days unable to play. No compensation either for the inconvenience

Love the game concept...serious dislike for closing out of game when buildings or statues are merging..sometime merging takes 24 hrs...the trying to connect and offline status due to server problem..hope to see those resolved soon. Enjoy being able to play offline but nothing works well in offline status

Since yesterday's update the game will not stay on. It won't load properly and then shuts down if it's own accord. Whatever they did they need to undo asap.

Glad to see I'm not the only one having issues getting into the game since the last update, seriously irritating. Love playing the game but this is getting quite ridiculous. Like others, I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no luck, still Asian language screen and does not load. Grrrr.... Please fix this! Have been playing daily and now my progress is being affected by this major issue, not happy. Will gladly replace my former rating when I can actually play again.
