Been playing for years. I love this game! **however, when I got my new phone yesterday, I was not allowed to keep my coins and had to restart. I was in Brazil with almost 5 million coins. I have inquired about this to the game designers, but have yet to hear anything back. Give me back my coins and location, and back to 5 stars!

This game has been stable for a long time. Its fun and enjoyable. The only thing I notice is that the daily bonus (treasure chests) will not appear if the hourly bonus or the daily scratch bonus is ready. One has to exit the game then come back in to obtain. All in all not a problem. Could just be my tablet. For the people complaining about losing... you need to develop bank. Collect the hourly bonus for days or buy coins.

Love the game but it doesn't open anymore. Please fix it as I spent many years playing Where is the setting and support of the game. I am unable to locate it. You obviously did not read what was the feedback that was given by a lot of the other players. It could not be open at all. It only show a blank screen.

Love playing the game but have been unable to play for several days. Keeps saying Unfortunately Journey Slots has quit working. Have reported the problem several times with no response.

The scratch cells are still not wor king properly it is now 11 months since the cells were working so please fix that problem. It is now the 11 of September and the scratch have not been fixed at all the cells after the first day af the new lot the cells are all scratched again so why have you not FIXED the PROBLEM it looks like you do not think we want the bonuses that come from the scratch cells it has now been 11 moths SO FIX IT ASAP

Worst service ever. Still won't open! I've waited for months for this to be fixed. Well I still cannot open and no time wjrn the new upgrade will be available, and now you want to know how my experience was with customer support was!!! I still can't open since updstr, bye you keep telling me it's fixed and now that it will be fixed with next update but when??????? This is five days and still won't open!!!" This still will not open!!!!! I see others having same trouble. I've spent $150 on coins and boosters. This is disgusting, two days and still not fixed. You emailed me that this was fixed. I did update again and it still won't open! This is terrible. Update isn't working, will not open!!!!I'm still waiting for a reply as to why I only have a black screen side I did the upgrade. I have over 170,000 coins and 13 -5x boosters, I better not lose these.
