Loved the game but when you you get so far It freezes and you cant do anything about it

I used to love this game. I recently got a new phone and ever since installing the app onto this I cannot get into the game. It looks as if it is having problems connecting to Facebook as it loads then a wheel appears and it just sits there. Please fix or I will regretfully have to uninstall.

Could someone please answer this question ? Why is it that when I get so far into Bubble Heroes Starfish Rescue game , it hangs up and won't do anything. ?!! This happened before and I uninstalled the game and then reinstalled and started all over again. Now it is doing it again . Maybe I should uninstall. this game and just choose another one. That pisses me off and I will not start all over again ! I can play the levels I have already been through but I can't move on !!

I am now deleting this game as yet another bug has arisen!! First it wont load then it takes your coins and now its stuck in the middle of level 360!!! WHAT A SHAME!! Love this game until it froze on title screen and won't load at all now!! Shame, cause I'd got quite far on the levels. I've also had a prob of disappearing coins when I've purchased them!! Wonder if it's worth the bother now. Unless u can sort this out then it's in the bin with the game!! 🤔⬇🗑⬇

This is my second time trying this game because I enjoy it. My first time however, was not very enjoyable because it kept stealing my coins. I would buy coins then leave the game only to come back to no coins. This time around I have bought no coins and don't intend to.
