This game is everything I was looking for in a kana study game. I learned the hiragana first. This game is helping me learn katakana, and improve my hiragana reading. Overall it is a simple game, but that really helps focus on getting it right. Oh and I love that I have lots of "lives" to work with.

you need to remove the minimum character requirement. I want to be able to practice 5 different characters at a time and slowly add more as I feel comfortable. Requiring to begin with a minimum of 37 characters is too overwhelming. Better off making a version where you start with a full screen of bubbles and clear it with no timer, the game moves too fast for me at beginner level.

Does what you would expect, but I would either slow down the rate at which kana are added or removed. Even better would be a customizing feature for that speed. Besides that, great idea, no false promises, no annoying ads and so far no bugs. Keep it up.

Most of the sound prompts didn't work; specifically for the alphabet and letters portion for review.
