-It is too fast for kids. Speed must be adjusted. -Junk food that slow you down is not enough. For example it can be blinking in red and the characters will gain shape one the eat those food. Or they can add a danger sound included. There should be higher level. For example make the useful food separated into categories. Like milk and calcium products will gain length, and Calvitalis once eaten a small 3 sec animated video will appear as if the characters turns to Super Hero and his/her cloth changed
