Good game , but lack of good packs with things needed to really be able to play , packs are scattered with little of things ,half the stuff useless and yeah a rethink of how to help players is needed, game serves to amuse the spenders a lot and new players give up as they cannot do anything and does not serve good mental health, I'd advise you don't start playing MS at this stage as game is in a bad place right now

What the hell happened to the graphics it's all blotchy and can't even read words. This game has fallen far since 2015 it's also still extreme pay to win, I don't recommend playing this game unless you have some kind of business to support the money you will need to spend, so yeah garbage game still.

My experience is as follows, get rid of Gold Crates, should be Platinum crates. Packs should have Platinum now not gold remember you developers made it useless. I have 5 mil Gold what can i buy not even resourses..need platinum, another fail that really makes people feel ripped off. You are making billions of $$$$$ but cant answer a ticket???? Another epic fail. Proper packs showing for the level of the base, vip level as well or people end up getting cards from packs they cant use or even gift!

Need too add more options for packs, i currently started playing again. I bought a catch up pack now it gives me option too buy 1 pack and its been the same pack for 2 days would be nice if you gave options, Rise of empires i have a choice of over 50 too pick from

Total weasting of time and not fair for little player and still demand lots of money and loots of resources and time. It's better to play coc instead mobile strike
