very often crash, especially in top up system, admin take holiday at saturday and sunday..they will fix it at monday, which is the reward already change and i didn't want the monday reward, accumulative reward and top up also become 0...and worst is no compensation at all..sucked game

as u read all of the comments 1 thing u will see much is they have VERY BAD customer service very bad gaming experience. I asked the rep their name 4 times and they REFUSED to give me their name.They play games with customers.They argue.They are very rude when i stayed nice.They will not make things right.If you lose items they won't give u back for free.I lost 3 days worth. they said they can't reemburse because they would have to give to all customers when when i lost it all. They don't care
