About this app

In a world overrun by zombies you must survive as long as possible and defeat the different bosses, unlocking weapons, upgrades, equipment, characters, maps and much more. Reviving the classics of the 80's and 90's, Die Zombit is a 16-bit game that has a striking soundtrack and various stages which guarantee many hours of fun.

This version is a public beta, there is yet very much to come.

· Die Zombit's Features

The game reacts to the soundtrack's beat and your progress. When you are in a killing spree, the soundtrack gets more intense and the game flashes in it's rhythm.
Other highlights are the Skills that each character has. You can be a gambler of points, be the faster one, have a better field of view, etc. Each character has a special ability that is unique in the game.
Some Easter Eggs, the story and the soundtrack of the game provides a unique and dynamic experience as you evolve in the game.

· The game

Die Zombit is a 2D top-down survival shooter. You start playing as Suzan - a nurse who was one of the first in contact with the decease. Completing the challenges, you unlock several other characters like Megan and Ted, that also have special powers and skills that can be upgraded (soon) at the game's store.
In addition, you can unlock weapons and their respective upgrades. There are weapons such as chainsaws, molotov cocktails, bazookas, semi-automatic pistols, shotguns, submachine guns, assault rifles, light machine guns, and much more! All this in different maps located in many countries all over the world.

· Zombies

Every map has at least one boss. The bosses come every 3 and 5 rounds. There are:
- Humanoids
- Big and strong zombies
- Crows
- And so much more.

· Other features:

- All the characters have a unique special skill.
- Special "Flashing" effect, which reacts according to the beat of the music and your performance in the game - the more agitated the game, the more agitated the soundtrack effects;
- 18 different weapons (and much more to come in free updates) unlocked throughout the game;
- The soundtrack consists of songs from indie artists, all 16-bit style and Retro-Wave with a nostalgic touch;
- Big in-game store, with many weapons and improvements, characters and maps. Each weapon has at least one upgrade;
- Graphics and textures in pixel art with super detailed elements;
- Easter Eggs and hidden items in the map.
