My experience with this game is it does not work. This game will close out and I have to repeat what I did all over again. Sometimes 3 or 4 times. It will take lives away. I like this game but it frustrates me. Can not figure why it does this all the time. It takes my lives away and I can't get them back. I can not even play the event games. It freezes then gone.

This is the first game I've ever become truly addicted to. Graphics are good, side games are a nice change of pace, and you aren't forced to watch ads or buy things - you can choose to, but the game is perfectly playable without doing either. The dialogue could use some editing so it sounds more natural and it would be terrific if one layer was removed from all the castle and character builds - they just take too darn long and I almost uninstalled a number of times just because it takes SO LONG.

I love this game. I love the variety of little side missions. I believe it cost too much energy on the side stuff. 30 energy for 1 dig? That's a lot. Earning coins to buy energy is a little difficult to earn also. Sometimes dragging an item doesn't drag it just brings up the box that shows the line of merges. That's a little annoying. Floaters are hard to catch it keeps directing me to the land underneath. Same if over the rank podium.

I initially really enjoyed this game. I played it for a couple of months and it was good. For the past month I've only been able to watch rewards videos maybe 1 time a week. The ads would freeze and I couldn't get out of them. Customer service advised me to restart my phone/ or delete and reinstall. I did both and still won't work right plus when I deleted & reinstalled it l had to start over. I uninstalled the game, fix your ad bugs & I'll come back

I love the game however, there's certain things I think should change, for example, It's very laggy in the kingdom, and we should have the ability for auto merge, it would make it a lot more comfortable to play. Also I keep trying to press on a specific item and I end up picking up something completely different. Otherwise a very good game! 👍

Good play. The only drawback I see is the slowness of ability to move objects compared to other merge games I play. I don't know how to reply to GAMEGZZ, the problem is that when you try to move an object to another part of the screen, it scrolls very slowly sometimes causing a drop or unintended merge. I don't have this issue with other apps.
